The Mission of the
Architectural Control Committee (ACC), serving by
appointment under the authority of the Board of
Directors of the Grand Lake Estates Property Owners
Association, is to uphold existing Deed Restrictions
and to work cooperatively with the Board; the ACC
Liaison (POA Board member); representatives of the
Association management company; owners, builders,
vendors, service providers and their representatives
to maintain architectural integrity within the
subdivision and to enhance the general appearance
and attractiveness of Grand Lake Estates.
